Refund policy

upon receiving your items we advise you inspect your items for any faults or mistakes, prior to washing or cutting. Returns and refunds will not be offered once the fabric has been used or washed.

Please be advised the fabric/items must be unused, uncut, unwashed and in the same condition / unopened packaging it arrived in. 

You have 14 days from the date you received your items to return them. in circumstances where you have changed your mind your return will be subject to a 10% restocking fee with a minimum fee of £1 per item.

We recommend a tracked or signed for method of shipping.

we do not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit while returning. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the item is suitably packaged.

Faults within 3 inch of the selvedge are not classed as a flaw and are to be expected.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on fabrics that have been damaged due to user wear and tear or due to user error while washing/caring. Please follow advice on how to care for handmade items to keep your fabrics looking great for longer.

Any fabrics sold as seconds, sale or remnants are not eligible for return.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they read the description for any faults being mentioned.

If you have changed your mind and wish to return your items, please log into your account within 14 days to arrange a return. Returns must be agreed prior to sending.

Upon receiving your return we will inspect the items to ensure that it is in the same condition.

A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the items back provided it is in saleable condition minus any fees set out above.

In circumstances where we have made a mistake a return postage label will be provided. If you prefer to use a different service the costs will be your responsibility.

In circumstances where an order has been returned to us due to the customer not being available for delivery, and/ or failing to arrange a collection or redelivery. The order will be subject to the return rules set out above and a restocking fee will apply.

Additional postage will be payable to have the items sent again.

We are charged to have fabric returned to us, we do not pass this charge on to you but we do have to pass on the cost of the additional postage.

In cases where an order has been eligible for free shipping, this only applies to the original order. The full amount will be due to resend the package and we reserve the right to deduct the original postage cost off any refund requests in situations where the package has been returned.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items/fabrics returned in a condition different to what was received.

We will not offer a refund on any items returned to us after 14 days.


in circumstances where an item is in unsaleable condition, you will be given an opportunity to pay the return postage to have the item returned to yourself. If after 28 days postage is not paid, the item will be discarded.

In circumstances where a return is received and the item is not in the original condition but we deem it to be saleable as seconds, we may offer a reduced refund. Reduced refunds are at our discretion.

We do not offer any reimbursement for packaging, returns should be made in the original bag.
